Health Importance of Farting

All Humans do fart no matter who you are, but do you know the importance of farting?
Let’s start by defining what farting means “It is the release of mixtures of gases through the anus from the stomach due to flatulent (Presence of excessive amount of gas in the stomach or intestine). It can occur 5 to 20 times per day. The true about it is that while still locked up in the stomach they have no smell but when mixed with sulfur released by intestine bacteria they then smell like a piece of rotten garbage.
The major sources of these gases occurs when we swallow air through different processes such as Eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking (the major source). The air swallowed may then move down to the intestine. Sometimes we expel air through burping but some escape which leads to fart.
Some foods make us fart a lot, some of which are Beans and Egg. Beans are common culprit in intestinal gas because they contain soluble dietary fibers that the intestines cannot digest so the microbes thus fed on them making fermentation to occur. Below are some of the healthy Importance of farting to the human body.
1.       EXPELLING OF HARMFUL GASES: When the body takes in hydrogen, sulfur and other gases. These gases might be harmful to the human internal organ by combining to form a dangerous compound like hydrogen sulfide but farting helps expel them from the human body into thin air.

2.       AS A RESULT OF GOOD ECOSYSTEM IN THE BODY: Let’s start by defining what ecosystem is “It is the relationship between plants, animals and microbes in an environment”. That means when we fart it shows our body is having a good relationship with the microbes because they eat up the food particle and use them for energy through fermentation and as a byproduct they produce gas

3.       IT REDUCES THE SIZE OF THE STOMACH: Since gas is a form of matter it does occupies space. When it does that our stomach becomes large as it we are filled up but we aren’t. Farting helps us to massage the stomach making it quite flat.
Do you know, you can put on your fart on fire? Since hydrogen is one of the Constitutes of fart and according to high school chemistry, hydrogen is an inflammable gas. Please do not try this or else you want to get your ass burnt. Lol
